## Important Information Before Booking

A signed Vacation Rental Agreement and valid government-issued ID are required within 48 hours of booking.

A refundable security deposit is required for this property.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Weather, illness, family emergencies, travel delays, and other unforeseen circumstances can occur, and we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy.

### Pet Policy

Dogs may be permitted with prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee.

Approved pets must:
• Be current on rabies vaccinations
• Be on a flea and tick preventative
• Be fully house-trained
• Never be left unattended unless securely crated
• Have all pet waste properly disposed of

Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees and/or removal from the property.

### Security Cameras

For the safety and security of our guests and the property, exterior security cameras are installed and actively recording outdoor areas only. No cameras monitor interior living spaces.

### House Rules

• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old
• No parties or events
• No smoking or vaping inside the home
• Quiet hours must be observed in accordance with local ordinances

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 120 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 120 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
